Leadership Development is committed to assisting the church DISCOVER lay, pastoral, and educational leaders, CONNECT leaders to the church in a meaningful relationship, and EQUIP leaders for effective ministry in the world.

Part of this task is accomplished by the office of LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT which works closely with our six Free Methodist colleges and universities.

MINISTERIAL CREDENTIALING assists pastoral candidates seeking ordination in the Free Methodist Church. Those whom God has called are better equipped through the educational courses required for ordination.
